F.A.Q.’s

  • - What if I pay monthly and my student doesn’t eat every day?

Your students balance will rollover to the next month. No money will be deducted from the card unless your student eats a meal.

 

  • - What if my student wants to purchase snacks with lunch money?

This will not be allowed.  Meal money and snack money will be kept separately in your account.

 

  • - What if I am wondering how much money my student has left on card?

You will have access on our website at any time to check your student’s balance and what they have been eating for the last 30 days.

 

  • - My student is in 1st grade, can he/she purchase snacks?

No, the Snack Shack will be available for 4th -12th grade students only.

 

  • - Can someone else use my student’s card?

No, your student will provide a picture i.d. to purchase their own meal.

 

  • - What if my student is not old enough to keep up with their i.d. card?

For the younger students i.e.  K5-3rd grade, the teacher will provide your students i.d. for swiping if your child is eating lunch on that day.

 

  • - What if my student loses their i.d. card?

They can be replaced for $5 fee.

 

  • - What if I want to send money for lunch and snack shack together?

Sure, notate how much you would like applied to lunch and how much applied to snack shack.
