	Dear Parents, Are you tired of having to wake up every morning and make your child’s lunch before taking them to school? We all have such hectic schedules with work and after school activities. Wouldn’t it be nice to have one less thing to worry about? The Lunchbox Café is the answer to your dining dilemma. As most of you know, The Lunchbox Café fed the children at Providence Academy the last month of the 2010 academic school year. We were very excited to work with the parents and staff. The children were extremely excited and were happy with their lunch choices. For the 2010-2011 school year The Lunchbox Café will again be feeding your children Monday through Friday. We have discussed our program with the staff at Providence and agreed on a delicious and nutrious five day menu for your children. Each of the various entrees will allow your child to customize each plate to their taste. Below is the 5 day menu. Monday: The Pasta Factory Construct your own one of a kind pasta masterpiece beginning with a variety of pasta noodles. Then add your choice of marinara sauce or fettuccine Alfredo sauce topped with meatballs or grilled chicken. Tuesday: The Grillin’ Phillin’ Station Grilled Burgers & Hot Dogs made fresh and ready for your child to make according to preference. Add their own lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mayo, mustard, & ketchup, with a variety of cheeses. Wednesday: Subway Sub Station Subway turkey/ham subs on fresh baked subway bread. Your child can then create their own special masterpiece, and add their own vegetables, cheese, mayo, mustard, etc. Thursday: Pizza Pandemonium This is every child’s favorite!!!!! Choose from a variety of pizza toppings and options on this day. Friday: Kickin’ Chicken Grilled Chicken Strips and Chicken Sandwiches made fresh for a delightful expierence. Add any flavor sauces to your chicken to make for a fun time. From Ranch, Honey Mustard, and BBQ sauce your child will love finding the perfect sauce for them. Please note…all entrees will come with a variety of side items ranging from fresh vegetables, macaroni and cheese, side salad, pasta salad, fresh fruit, garlic bread, Italian breadsticks, etc. The Lunchbox Café is locally owned and operated by parents of small school age children. We are aware of questions and concerns you may have, and are fully committed to getting those questions answered. Our goal is to convince your child that school lunch is cool, hip, and the yummy thing to do with 100% participation. To show our commitment to Providence Academy, The Lunchbox Café will be donating a percent of the profits collected to the school. The more students that participate the more profit available to the school. Show us your school pride and give back to PCA by participating in The Lunchbox Café school lunch program!!
